Outcomes

Outcome check-ins go out ~30 days after each candidate's first delivered rewrite. Rates appear here once at least 5 candidates have responded.

Your dashboard. One private link shows seats claimed, live usage, and — at term end — aggregate outcome rates. Never names, never emails, never documents. (Usage figures shown are illustrative.)

Step 1 · Day 0

We provision your seats

You tell us the cohort size and the claim deadline. We hand you two private links: one for candidates, one for your dashboard.

Step 2 · Week 1

You share the link

Email, Moodle, a QR on a slide — however you reach them. Each candidate claims their own pass with their email. Unclaimed seats simply lapse.

Step 3 · Term end

We report the outcomes

Thirty days after each delivery we ask candidates directly: interviews? callbacks? hired? You receive the aggregate picture — evidence for the service you run.

No subscription
A cohort is a single one-off purchase. Nothing auto-renews, so there is no ongoing liability to approve and nothing to remember to cancel.
No integration
No SSO, no LMS plugin, no IT ticket. Candidates need only an email address; you need only a link.
GDPR-compliant
EU-hosted processing, automated data-retention deletion, and candidate data is never resold or used for model training. Standard data-processing terms apply; a formal DPA can be negotiated for institutional agreements.
No PII exposure
Your dashboard is aggregate-only by design — outcome rates appear only once five or more candidates respond, so no individual is ever identifiable.
Academic integrity
The rewrite is fenced against fabrication — it reworks what the candidate actually did into recruiter language, rather than inventing new experience. Interview practice is exactly that: practice.

Each seat carries over €140 of à-la-carte retail value. If the pilot earns its place, cohort pricing typically starts from €30 per seat for cohorts of 50+, quoted per conversation based on cohort size and timing.
