Nothing gets invented
The job description tells us what the employer is looking for. It is never treated as evidence of what you have done. Every rewrite is checked back against the CV you sent: an employer, a job title, a date, a qualification or a figure that was not in your original does not make it into the document.
Your own verbs are kept too. If your CV says you supported or contributed to something, the rewrite does not promote that to led or owned. That is what makes the result survive the interview you are writing it to get.

Does it follow the Irish CV format?
Yes. It keeps Irish and UK spelling, leaves out the personal details Irish and UK employers do not expect (photo, date of birth, age, marital status, nationality, gender), drops hobbies unless they are relevant, and keeps the CV to a length that suits the role.
Do I have to be Irish or British to use it?
No. It is for anyone applying for jobs in Ireland or the UK, whatever your nationality or wherever you trained.
